  • Deploy unauthorized automated scripts, web scrapers, or reverse-engineer HealthBridge software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The code, layouts, themes, trademarks, custom animations, brand logos, and databases associated with HealthBridge and Active Wave Pvt. Ltd. are the exclusive intellectual property of Active Wave Pvt. Ltd. No portion of this site or application assets may be cloned or reused without explicit written authorization from our corporate legal desk.

4. Liability & Medical Disclaimer

Active Wave Pvt. Ltd. provides software frameworks to facilitate care. While HealthBridge allows virtual consults, the software itself does not diagnose, prescribe, or offer professional clinical advice. The telehealth channels are operated by independent medical professionals. The Company is not liable for clinical outcomes or diagnostic accuracy.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to HealthBridge systems for users violating our acceptable use guidelines or engaging in suspicious activities that threaten system integrity.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these terms will be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
